This is my fourth transaction with Weston Nissan and all conducted with Javier; always a pleasure even when we were unable to come to terms unlike yesterday. In addition to your very good product, management, finance, and sales combine to make a big decision easier. All personnel that I have encountered; Ed Downing, Javier Briceno, and Collin Franklin made the deal happen even though I was not enchanted with the vehicle color, lack of some accessories due to packaging, and because of low inventory. In fact, I had expected to walk away, just as I had just hours earlier from the Weston Honda accord deal. Two main differences in the transactions, your team treats the customer with respect and eliminates obstacles to conclude the deal so that everyone feels that they win.

I honestly could have chose to go to a different Nissan Dealership to get a Sentra in a color that I preferred. But because of the knowledge, service, and attention that I received from Eyal, I decided to buy my Nissan from the Weston Dealership. He did a great job and I was grateful for his patience and help! Mike from finance also did a great job - super patient and helpful as well. He even went out of his to way ask the service department if my work was close enough to still be able to get a ride from them in the morning. Great service from everyone - thanks so much!
