Normally I don't spend time making comments, but in the case of the sales person Jose Jimenez, it is a pleasure and necessary to record the outstanding service and attention I received from him, From the start he was very courteous and attentive to my needs and requests, taking all the time and patience with my questions. He simply went above and beyond to get me a good deal, trying to negotiate with his manager the best possible conditions and prices. He displayed an in depth knowledge of the car, its qualities, how it suited me, etc. He made sure I was comfortable during the entire time, making all the efforts to keep me engaged in the process. He is an amazing sales person, you guys have a star in your hands (please appreciate it and don't let it go!) that simply does not give up until your customer is completely satisfied. I was utterly impressed, so I really felt that it was necessary to record my impressions of him and his outstanding service level. He surely deserves his commission!
