2012 Nissan Versa

The second-generation 2012 Nissan Versa, available later in 2011, retains its 'big small car' attitude, used-car price, and one of the lowest ownership costs available. Obviously, Nissan knows what the first-generation Nissan Versa has going for it. But, they were also able to recognize areas where the car could be improved. As such, the next-gen Nissan Versa gains a lot in the way of comfort/convenience features as well as a more attractive sedan variant…

Automakers of all levels are working toward claiming a stake in the electric car (EV) market. However, by releasing photos of a supped-up Nissan LEAF tuned for the race track (officially dubbed the LEAF NISMO RC), Nissan is proving they're still on top.

Developed by the design geniuses at Nissan's Global Design Center in Japan and NISMO (Nissan's motorsport group), the 2-door prototype LEAF NISMO RC has the power to accelerate from…

"The company expects the 620 U.S. dealers that sell the GT-R to get all of their allocated vehicles during the model year - and possibly a few more," 1 says Rich, Latek…

Nissan 370Z GT Edition

Nissan's new 370Z GT recently debuted at the International Geneva Motor Show. However, it was largely passed by, thanks to the futuristic glory of the ESFLOW. While it might not be quite as fantastic; it's still a very cool car... a bit of soul food for the racing spirit, if you will.

As you might have guessed, the new 370Z GT Edition was created in honor of the Japanese automaker's huge success…

Nissan's mysterious Esflow all-electric concept made its first appearance last month. Few details were released on the automobile (which looks like a shuttle docked inside USS Enterprise), but now more info is emerging, as the public begs to know all about Esflow.

The Esflow has a range of about 149 miles one a single charge, more than the current Nissan Leaf, which claims to get 100 miles per charge. Nissan Leaf is, however, currently…

Nissan's redesign of the high performance GT-R includes a myriad of changes. Perhaps the most noticeable is the boost in power. The 3.8-liter twin turbo V6 engine gains an additional 38 horsepower (hp) and 17 lb.-ft. more torque for a total output of 523-hp and 451-lb.-ft of torque. To paint a clearer picture, this added power translates to an acceleration speed of 0-60 in a mere 2.9 seconds.

The Nissan Rogue crossover is one of Nissan Motor Co.'s highest-volume production vehicles. And soon, production will move from Japan to an American factory in Smryna, Tennessee. The move coincides with Nissan's scheduled redesign of the Rogue in 2013 at which point the Tennessee assembly plant is expected to put out 100,000 Rogues per year.

Carlos Taveres, Chairman of Nissan Americas, revealed the plan before a Society of Automotive Analysts conference in…
